Shipping

Please allow 2 - 5 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification before your order is shipped.

You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.

Processing

Orders placed Monday-Friday after 5PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM PST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be processed the next business day.

*For any national weather delays, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

Returns, Refunds and/or Cancellations are currently NOT allowed for online purchases.

Exchange Policy

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.

All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing within 14 business days of the order's delivery date.
